The 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Stewardship Centre for BC will take place virtually on December 1, 2022. After a (very short!) AGM and an overview of the past year’s highlights, there will be a panel discussion titled “Stewardship: Perspectives from the Field,” featuring four speakers, Tracy Bond, Wayne Salewski, Phil Osborne, and Clarissa Huffman. Panellists will share their stories and discuss issues, challenges and successes in working on streams and private land, the importance of environmental stewardship in industry and the private sector, the relationship between climate adaptation and stewardship, and the application of grassroots stewardship to empower people to make a positive change on the land.
